Services
Offered: Business
Phone Systems
Company Overview: Startech was established in 1996.
Startech acts as a vendor between the phone companies
and the customer. They help customers from sale to
setup, and even troubleshooting after installation.
Our Review: Startech seems like a great place to get a
business phone system. They have comprehensive services,
great products and limitless customer service. It’s nice
to have one company for purchase, installation and
follow up.
User Review: Startech’s service was amazing! I had no
idea what I needed in a business phone system, but I
went to their website, and found the perfect setup,
which they then installed and currently maintain. They
even taught me how it works so that I can train my
employees on the necessary functions. All with no extra
hidden charges.

Company Overview: AccessLine was established in 1983.
With over 100,000 customers, they have proven themselves
in the telecommunications industry. IBM and American
Express are among some of their more notable clients,
but they also serve smaller businesses as well.
Our Review: AccessLine has a very professional website,
with great information and great products. Their history
was easy to find, which is nice. Also, their customer
service team is exemplary.
User Review: AccessLine found me a great phone system
for my business, and they even helped explain the whole
process and how to use it. I was very appreciative of
all of their help and support; their customer service is
definitely top notch! |

Services
Offered: Business Phone
Systems
Company Overview: Carroll Communications is a partner of
Avaya Communications. They specialize in telephony,
VOIP, and phone systems. They also offer many additional
services to their clients, and are located in New
Jersey.
Our Review: Carroll Communications could use a website
makeover. However, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t check
them out. They do offer some great services and products
for your phone system needs. They also have a great
customer service section which almost makes up for their
terribly inefficient website.
User Review: I worked with Carroll Communications to get
a phone system installed at my business. Their website
was not very helpful or easy to follow, but I liked what
they had to say, so I gave them a call, and they ended
up being very helpful and got me a great phone system. |

Our Review: AltiGen seems like a very professional
company. Their website is simple and elegant, while
their products and services are very well displayed and
explained on their site. Their customer service
department is also quite amazing.
User Review: AltiGen gave my business the best service
I’ve ever received from an outside company. There were
no strings, no hidden costs, and no fine print. All they
gave was great products and great service. |

How To Select The Best Company For Business Phone Systems |
|
Choosing the
best company to provide you with business phone systems
can sometimes seem like a slightly overwhelming task.
Unless you’re a communications expert or an IT person,
all the technicalities of business phone systems can
definitely be confusing. However, the task of choosing a
phone system can all be made much simpler by doing some
initial research about phone systems, how they work, and
which ones are available that meet your needs. Most of
the companies that sell business phone systems also
install and maintain them for you for the duration of
your use. Finding one of these companies to work with
will definitely alleviate some stress in your search for
the perfect phone system. Also, most of the phone system
companies should be forthright with their personal
information, such as their background, financial
history, and their services and fees. If you come across
a company that does not disclose these things even after
you’ve inquired, you need to move on to a different
company. This information is important, because you want
to ensure that you’ve thoroughly researched all the
companies that are at your disposal so that you don’t
end up getting ripped off or taken advantage of. Don’t
be afraid to ask questions if the information isn’t
readily available; if the company doesn’t want to share,
then you probably shouldn’t work with them. Once you’ve
done your research and decided on which companies are
going to be good options for you, you should begin
checking out who offers what systems, and for what cost.
As long as you are informed, you should have no troubles
obtaining business phone systems. Also, you will be able
to choose, based mostly on personal preference, which
business phone systems company is right for you.
